Everyone was great and I cant remember all their names but Brenda, Lydia, Skully, the parts guys, sales staff.they are all professionals and make you feel welcome

Bought a brand new Street Glide Special from Skully two weeks ago. Fast, easy experience from the start to the finish. I had an issue with a missing part I ordered. What seemed to be the service manager went above and beyond to not only get my part, but install it complimentary. Amazing service!

I bought a 2022 Pan America 1250 from Mitchell's. Everyone of the staff will treat you like family. Mike and Lydia kept me updated on the status of my bike order. Alex in parts got all my parts on order and in before my bike arrived (except for bags due to supply chain). Even John the GM helped with the trade-in of my previous bike. If you decide to come to Modesto Harley you will not be disappointed.

Both Ty and Skully were professional, knowledgeable never pressured me or tried to sell me a bike that I didn't want or can't afford. Their main concern was to get the bike that is right for me. Finance department went quick and painless and very professional.

I keep missing Art & Linda, but never Lydia & Mike, (been around for 1o years plus), just met some new folks in parts & the front desk ladies' are the best. & got me fitted up with some new boots, Luke helped me with some highway pegs. There's more to it than just making money - they remember you & lift you up like good family/friends. I sure would like to tell Art & Linda what a good team they have. And watching the service team... they put felt & leather over your chrome & paint while wrenching on your "precious" (or whatever you call it). If you have an itch - want to ride - & don't want to cook at home... ride out to the restaurant - kind of like riding out to the family kitchen. Hey - this is for real! Best Harley store I've ever been to. Thanks so much for remembering & being there for me - I can't brag enough about you... Salute!

Lydia and the sale people where great to work with, they let me take my time and let me try out 3 or 4 different Harley's over a year in looking before I finally decided on one. There or two dealships in the area lathrop and modesto I look at both location and what sold me on the dealship was Lydia and the sale staff.

Had the best fathers day experience ever at Mitchell's Harley Davidson. The salesman Mike had been secretly working with my wife for a few weeks to customize a brand new 2014 street glide special. They ordered the parts, installed them and surprised me with my new Motorcycle. They treat you like family 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the middle of a 9 day 2,100 mile vacation with my wife when my 2003 Ultra started having eletrical issues. I found my way to Mitchell's Harley Davidson at about 5:30 PM Thursday July 18th. Explained my issue to Eric at the service desk and he had a mechanic on it in less than 5 minutes. He & John were awesome, they diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and had me back on the road before my wife was done buying the t-shirts! I've had no problems since. Great customer service... Nice to know that I can get that kind of service & attetion to detail away from home. Thanks for everything guys, you were terrific !!!
